Randy Barrientez, owner and president of RJB Development, has made it his passion to create a unique feature home. Just down the hall the powder room has been graced with a hand crafted granite countertop and capped with glazed crown molding.
 
A five star chef would feel right at home in the state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen; fully equipped with 6cm premium granite countertops, Sub Zero/Wolf professional appliances and a walk in pantry.
 
Heavy dry-stack stone outlines the gentle curves of the hardwood staircase that flows to the guest suite and sitting room above. Or head down the unique curved stairs to a lower level that encourages casual gatherings with a large family room, media room and full service wet bar.
